Difficulty Logging In or Accessing the Website

  1. If you are having difficulties logging into the website, please note that the login is case sensitive, and your username and password must be entered exactly as they appeared on the "Welcome email" (uppercase vs lowercase).
  2. If you are using a firewall, you may have to temporarily disable it or make an exception for the site in the firewall"s configuration.
  3. You may have to change your privacy settings. In Internet Explorer go to:
Tools--> Internet Options --> Privacy tab

Verify setting is not higher than "med-high". Your computer must "accept cookies" to use our system.
